[Tango] Upcoming tango events!

*Saturday, March 28th* I am teaching a special BluesTango class that will
incorporate blues dancing and tango, learning some cool moves and helping us
to easily transition from one to the other. 8:00PM, $10. You don't need to
have much experience with either Blues Dancing or tango, but it will help if
you've been exposed to them, because we will go fast in this class. Remember
you can bring a beverage to this class!

We'll go out dancing afterwards.  Cory Stevens is playing at Schuller's. He
is a blues guitarist with a style somewhere between Albert King and Stevie
Ray Vaughan, and has a loyal following whenever he comes to Minnesota.

*Saturday, April 4th, 2:00 - 3:30*:* Follower's workshop*! By special
request.  I used to give this workshop on a regular basis, but realize I
haven't for some time. We'll work on all of the most important skills a
follower needs.  Axis, balance, ochos, footwork, understanding the lead,
musicality, embellishments and adornments, "pretty feet" - we'll cover quite
a bit and you will be tired afterwards, but it will be worth it. Just for
followers.  3142 1st Ave S.

*One month until Rafael and Nora arrive*! He and I have been working on the
class topics that he will address. We will most certainly include vals,
canyengue, musicality, and a special class just for leader's technique. Stay
tuned for more.  If you want to see descriptions, go to my website and click

They will be here two weekends, so I've been working on the events and
parties! The first weekend will be the Black Dog milonga, and we will stay
open later for this special event. Thursday will be Sylvia's event, which
will include a lesson. The following weekend we'll have a special event
going-away dance on Saturday, where we will be able to stay nice and late!

an Old West saloon).  Free parking in the lot across the street.  Go through
the gate, through the courtyard, and then go behind the log cabin.   The
