12:00 to 1:30 Tango Fundamentals: What you should all know

1:45 to 3:15  Tango fun:  Making the fundamentals fun!

3:30 to 5:00   Musicality The focus will be on bringing true
musicality and style to your dancing.

*Workshops SUNDAY, APRIL 19th, OLD ARIZONA STUDIOS
12:00  1:30 Tango Vals   Vals...one of the most beautiful musical
experiences in tango!  In this class we will learn how to combine the
basic tango steps into the rhythm of the tango vals.

1:45 - 3:15  Milonga!  Don't sit out the milongas. Your tango isn't
complete without a good knowledge of this dance.

3:30 to 5:00  Improvisation. Rafael will show how he, as a jazz
musician, uses parallels between jazz improvisation and the intimate
"conversation" of tango to become an integrated force in your dancing.

SPECIAL CLASS #1! Monday, 8:00, 3142 1st Ave S

MEN'S WORKSHOP:  LEADING WITH STYLE   In this class, we will polish
the subtleties of your lead.  Learn how to improve connection with
your partner, extremely valuable in both open and closed embrace.
TUESDAY, Old Arizona Studios: Rafael will assist at Lois's regular
lessons.   6:30 beginners, 8:00 Intermediate.

SPECIAL CLASS #2! Wednesday, 8:00 3142 1st Ave S
DANCING ON A TILE: FLOORCRAFT!  In Buenos Aires the best dancers are
said to be able to "dance on a tile". Learn the tricks to keep your
dance small, your partner safe and happy, and the floor moving.

THURSDAY 23rd MILONGA!  Desaparecidos: Mothers of the Disappeared
