Tango to the Blues!
Dancing to the Blues: This Saturday September 27th, is another Blues Dancing and Dancing
Tango to the Blues seminar. Dancing to the blues is getting more and more popular, as blues
is more popular. If you are a beginning tango dancer and have trouble hearing the music,
this night may open up some insights for you

7:00 PM Tango to the Blues (and other alternative music). Blues music has many similarities
to tango, and sometimes is more approachable than tango because our ears are more familiar
with it. You need to have some experience with Argentine Tango for this class.

Then we'll start on the Blues Dancing at 8PM. Blues Dancing is a fairly new dance that
allows us to interpret slow blues music with dance. It is deceptive - not as easy as it
looks! Kind of like tango....

Then, at about 9:30, we'll head out to Famous Dave's on Hennepin and Lake St. to practice
what we've learned and join other members of the blues dance community. Of course you're
welcome to join us, even if you don't take the classes!

$15 for one class, $25 for both.
Class held at: 3142 1st Ave S. Minneapolis, MN 55408 Bring your favorite beverage to
enjoy during class.
Afterwards, we'll head to Famous Daves, Calhoun Center on Hennepin and Lake Street.

Don't forget the Canyengue class tonight, 8:00 3142 1st Ave S. We're having a lot of fun!
$15.
