[Tango] Tango things for 3rd week of March

We're doing molinetes (or turns) on Tuesdays. There are lots! The Boleos workshop was very successful this weekend - we will continue some of the work on these elements in the Thursday night classes. If you need more attention to basics, try the Saturday morning classes, at 10AM every Saturday.

Milonga Martes is on as usual every Tuesday night. Come on over and check it out!

This weekend Mandragora is playing a concert on Saturday night. "Mandragora will host a late night dance party at Candelabra Dance Studio in NE Mpls, at 1517 Central, just north of Broadway.  Mandragora will play several sets of alternative tango music with plenty of Piazzolla, Flamenco, Jazz and Bossa Nova.  We're looking for a place we can play all of our great tunes that are, shall we say, a bit less "traditional" and a bit more daring.  We're throwing a big party with wine and munchies.  $10"

By the way, I still have shoes for sale. New from BA, several women's pairs that are size 9 and 10, a pair of men's size 9. Used sizes from 7 to 9. I'm already getting people signed up for this year's trip. Here's an article about BA: Argentine Nights

Classes held at: 3142 1st Ave S, Mpls, 55408:
Beginners 10 AM Saturdays, Following for Leaders 8:30 PM Mondays ($10) 
Advanced - 8:00 PM Thursdays  -

Cost is $14 per person per class, classes are 1 1/2 hours
Just drop in! No partner necessary. All classes emphasize authentic 
Argentine tango.
