[Tango] This week's tango and March highlights

This month we are back to tango, and will start working on ocho cortados in
Beginnings and molinetes in Intermediate.  In Advanced, I really want to
start doing extensive work on boleos and moves that are like boleos, in
order to create the correct technique to successfully lead, and follow,
these beautiful moves. But not this Thursday, because it is Babalu's night,
and next Thursday is Marie and Terry's wedding. So I am going to have a
special workshop on the afternoon of Saturday March 15th, before the Black
Dog milonga.

Lots of fun things coming up!:

Milonga Martes: This Tuesday's Party we will celebrate Linda Canova's
birthday. She'll bring the cake! David will have a little extra food also.
Bring wine or contribute to the kitty.

This week is Babalu's already! (Great time to introduce your friends to
tango.) Thursday, March 6th Babalu's Latin Restaurant hosts Passport to
Buenos Aires.

Tuesday Party March 11th: Scott Chase will talk about the connections
between Ragtime and Tango

Marie and Terry's Wedding is on Thursday March 13th and they have invited
everyone! Isn't that wonderful? 6 to 7PM   Ceremony 7:30 to 8:30PM  Tango
Lesson with Lois Donnay at Hillel
8:30 to 12AM Reception and Milonga with music by Mandragora Tango. Variety
of Tango, Salsa, Waltz, Swing music.
