[Tango] Chicago Tango Fest

Come with us to the Chicago Tango Fest! Dates are August  23rd to August 
27th, 2007

The all-inclusive package includes: (7) Workshops, 1.5 hrs per workshop (4) 
Milongas, with live music, including the Gala Milonga at Navy Pier with 
fireworks extravaganza (1) Theater Performance of Tango, the Dance of the 
Eternal at Navy Pier Grand Ballroom.  Please visit their website,

which will be available up to July 15, 2007. I am an Ambassador, so please 
remember to enter my name when you register. Cost for the whole weekend is 
only $350 for singles, $650 for couples.

Once we know how many are going and when, we'll arrange transportation. 
David is fine about driving that far, we'll just have to find a vehicle big 
enough. Of course, flying in is also a possibility.

As for housing, the organizers have told me that there is plenty of room at 
the Palmer House Hilton. We could also stay at a nearby hostel, or we can 
see if there is a local tanguero/a who has some extra room. I'll keep you 
informed of any special arrangements I can make.
