[Tango] Tango this week - 2008!

Tonight is New Year's Eve, and we will be dancing it up at the Eagles, 2507 
25th Ave S, Mpls. Willy Murphy plays blues, soul and a variety of other 
danceable music. Tickets are $15 at the door - quite a bargain this year! 
Start at my house sometime between 8 and 9:30, and we'll leave together, 
possibly carpooling. We will come back after the fun at the Eagles, dance a 
little more and eat something before braving the roads back home.

Tomorrow is January 1st, and we will not take any time off of or journey 
toward arriving at tango bliss. Classes as usual, 6:30 beginners, 8:00 
intermediates, party afterwards.

Thursday is Passport to Buenos Aires at Babalu's!   Lesson at 7:00, dance to 
DJ'd tango tunes from 8 to 11:00, cover is $5. I am taking your suggestions 
about including a little more "nuevo" tango music, probably more toward the 
end of the evening. Encourage your friends to come out to try a tango 
lesson - best deal in the Twin Cities!
