<DIV>We have a temporary spot in the same mall, that we're using for
private lessons during construction. Group classes will start in July in
our big space! <U>Construction</U>: knocked down all the walls; put
in a coat room and storage room; we are putting in brand new bathrooms- 2 stalls
each male & female, handicap accessible; putting in drinking fountains;
raising the ceiling; putting sound installation in all walls; installing our
hardwood floor; carpet around the floor; tables and chairs; couches at front
windows; and more! Tropical Ballroom is 4700 square feet, all one big open
ballroom, on main floor, huge lit parking lot, no poles on the dance floor,
dance floor is competition-size. We have two sets of double glass doors in
front to the mall, and solid glass windows, and two separate back doors that
open to a delivery roadway in back. We have three bamboo tiki bars...
