GENERAL NEWS
BUENOS AIRES NEWS - About 90 degrees. I dance from about 9 pm - 1 am every
night. I fan myself with one of the fans made by MN WC Swing Club! I went to
an outdoor fair at Plaza Dorrego in the old San Telmo section of the city
and danced with one of the performers on stage. Everyone is so surprised
that someone from MN can do tango! Pot roast or grilled meat and Italian
dishes are typical meals. Most streets are lined with tiny specialty shops
which are about 16 feet wide. Some of the ladies clothing shops have
everything arranged by color instead of by item. Off the east coast of
Argentina are whales and 20 million penguins. In the central part of the
country is the Valley of the Black River where gigantic apples are grow.

NEW STUDIO IN FARMINGTON, MN: Grand Hall - Scott Anderson will be giving
ballroom lessons starting Feb. 27, 7:30 pm.
PLEASE DO NOT WALK across any wood dance floor with your dirty street shoes
on. It scratches and leaves wet spots on the floor. Always arrive for your
classes at least ten minutes early to get your dance shoes on, etc. as a
courtesy, so that the class can start on time.
