Fri., Mar. 21 - GOOD FRIDAY
CANCELLED:  COUNTRY DANCE PARTY at On YourToes/Retro Ballroom is cancelled due to the continuing snow storm.

Fri., Mar. 21 - As of 12:30 p.m. today, Bob Wood, said that his SWING/VARIETY DANCE PARTY tonight at Stark's IS STILL ON, that the roads were clear.

Fri., Mar. 21 - Today is the last day to register for a discount for the Argentine Tango Workshop by Homer and Cristina Ladas held at the Social Dance Studio in Mpls., Mar. 28-30,  wwwsocialdancestudio.com, 612-968-2401.

Other details for the GROOVE MILONGA at the Candelabra Studio.  The floor is a nice wood floor, but not a sprung wood floor.   It has been used for flamenco dancing.  It has a good sound system.  Candelabra is in a warehouse space and does not have a sign, but it is at 1517 Central Av.N., four blocks north of Broadwaay across from the Diamond Lounge.Plenty of free parking in front. $8, 21+, wine and munchies available.
