Description: I have been getting lots of complaints that I am not doing a tango/blues-related event this Saturday. That is true, I have nothing formal going on, but I am going to be out dancing. Here is where I, and a few other dancers, are planning to go:ALFALPHA 
MALES (country and variety) at The Eagles Club, 2507 E 25th St, 
Minneapolis (25th Ave S and 25th St.) 612-729-4469, 8-12, free, suggested $5

STOCKCAR 
NAMED DESIRE (blues, jazz, swing and rockabilly) at Memory Lanes, 2520 - 
26th Avenue S, Mpls, free swing dance lesson at 8:30, music 9-12, 
cover unknown, www.memorylanesmpls.com, www.stockcarnameddesire.com These are two great bands, and these two venues are on the same block, so I think it would be fun to try them out.  There is also going to be a group of WCS dancers up from Iowa, and I am suggesting this as the place to go.
