Hello Dance students & teachers!

 

I curated and am emceeing a special performance this Saturday night:

 

Hopkins Center for the Arts presents:

 

Ballroom

Saturday, February 24th, 7:30 pm

An ensemble of award winning dancers showcase the art of ballroom from the
high society flair of the Viennese Waltz to the sizzling fire of the Rumba
and Cha Cha. Live music is provided by Cafe Accordion Orchestra featuring
Dan Newton (accordion, vocals), Brian Barnes (guitar, vocals), Eric Mohring
(mandolin, fiddle, vocals), Erik Lillestoe (bass) and Joe Steinger
(percussion.) Hosted by Mikael Rudolph. Dance couples include Jay
Larson/Jennelle Donnay, Paul Botes/Donna Edelstein, Eric Hudson/Michelle
Haley-Hudson and Eliecer Ramirez-Vargas/ Brittany Radke. The Swing
Cats-Rhythm & Swing and Modern Dancer Sarah Jacobs & Friends are also
performing. 

 



 

It will be a wonderful show with great music and some of the finest dancers
anywhere performing their show routines for you!

 

Mention that you are students of mine or students (or one of the other
performers in the show) and you can get tickets at 50% off for $12.00/each
at the door. I hope you can make it! There are already over 300 tickets
sold, but there is plenty of room for you as the main floor holds over 500.
