Get those costumes ready!

On Saturday, October 28, 2006 -  Halloween Tango Milonga
Full costumes encouraged, but not required.   
After the Performance Tango workshop, about 9:00 until 12:30
Cost: $5
As you prepare your costumes, keep your dancing in mind. Masks, hats, clown
shoes - you can see how they might get in the way of you or your partner's
dancing! Be sure you can still get close to your partner.

The location of the workshop and the milonga is the Oddfellows Hall, Raymond
and Hammond Aves, St. Paul.  (900 Block of Raymond Avenue) located above the
Hampden Park Co-op on the corner of Hampden and Raymond Avenues in St Paul
(entry on Hampden Ave). I will also play a couple of tandas of other dance
music, so if you are transitioning from another dance scene, you will be
very welcome!

The Fourth Saturday Workshop is a continuation of last month's workshop on
performance tango. We'll explore the differences between tango for your
partner and tango for an audience, plus a move or two designed to impress
your audience. Workshop starts at 7:30 PM. For this workshop you may want to
bring your own partner, and dress to move. $15 for the workshop
