In July and August Cafe Bailar Dance Club will hold its ballroom/Latin dances at On Your Toes, W. 36th St. exit off Hwy. 100, St. Louis Park, on the 2nd Fridays and the fourth Saturdays, since the air conditioning is not sufficient at the Hopkins venue
