[MNDancers] This weeks tango

[Lois Donnay]

This month is a return to some basics.  We'll do some "connection" work, and
I have some nice new exercises. It is my opinion that we need to improve our
turns, so we will work on those as well as other things. Classes are still
at my studio until January: 3142 1st Ave S. 

Tuesday we are always at JP Bistro on Lyndale near Lake (by the Jungle
Theater). Half price bottles of wine, good conversation, and some dancing!

This Saturday is the Black Dog! I'm hoping that we can get some people out
that we haven't seen in awhile, so be sure to come and join us.

Fourth Saturday this month David and I will host a Christmas Party at my
house.

New Year's Eve this year: Landmark Center in downtown St. Paul has a special
event. The theme this year is Latin, and they are featuring tango dancing!
David and I will be there, and I hope that you will join us. Here are the
details:

December 31st

Que Fiesta! Five Star New Year's Eve at Landmark Center
8 pm - 12:30 am 
Ring in the New Year with champagne, tango dancers, games and more at
Landmark's annual big shebang, this year with a Latin twist. Vic Volare and
his orchestra take us on a tour of Latin jazz and timeless favorites during
one of St. Paul's most delightful and popular holiday traditions. Tickets

Buenos Aires in March! If you want to join David and me, (and attend one of
our wedding dances), let me know your plans! Right now we are planning to
leave around March 17th or March 24th. Remember, you don't have to leave or
return on the same day as we do. I am also working on getting some airline
discounts, which might be possible when we have more than 6 people leaving
within the month.
